The 100 Weapons for a Leader are special weapons and of its
kind. They are very different from the weapons we are used to see or

himself/herself against attacks from his enemies.

The maker of the weapons, Pius Ngeze, has experience of over 45
years as a leader of his own family, over 48 years as a leader at
work and 33 years as a political leader. Besides the mentioned years in
leadership, because of his advanced age, he has also witnessed, saw or
heard of many leaders in and outside his country that faced different
challenges, made many mistakes, endured the hurdles of leadership.
Some survived, but, others failed and perished from leadership. It is
